VIIIth World Road Congress - The Hague 1938
The Congress took place at the Kurhaus in Scheveningen.
Fifty-three States were represented. The number of delegates exceeded 2200.
Road safety was one of the major topics, focusing on how to improve knowledge on the causes of accidents, and harmonization of statistics.
